Use the Manage billing button on this page. Stripe will ask for the email used at checkout and send a one-time code. Eligible website subscriptions can then be viewed or cancelled securely in the Stripe Customer Portal.
First, use the exact email address entered at checkout. If the purchase was made through Apple or Google, it will not appear in Stripe. Duplicate customer records can also require help from our team.
Open the secure Stripe Customer Portal using Manage billing. If payment-method changes are available for your subscription, Stripe will show the option there. Never send card details to Pacedall.
Available plan changes depend on the Pacedall product. Check the Stripe portal first. If no change option appears, contact us and name the product and plan you use.
Your trial-ending email shows the scheduled date and amount. Unless you cancel before the renewal time stated there, the payment method on file may be charged when the trial ends.
Check the subscription status in the Stripe portal and keep the cancellation confirmation. If it shows cancelled before the renewal time but a charge still appears, send us the product, charge date, amount and last four digits only.
Stripe sends this customer communication when a Pacedall website trial is approaching its scheduled renewal. It helps you review the date, amount and payment method before billing starts.
The bank or card issuer usually controls decline decisions. Check the card details and available funds, try another supported payment method, or contact the issuer. Pacedall cannot see your card PIN or the bank’s full decline reasoning.
A pending entry can be an authorisation that has not finished settling. It may complete or disappear depending on the bank. If it remains longer than your bank expects, contact the bank and then Pacedall with the date and amount.
One entry may be a temporary authorisation, or separate subscriptions may exist. Compare dates, amounts and purchase receipts. If both charges settle, contact us with the product, dates, amounts and last four digits only.
Check your Pacedall accounts, receipts and family members first. Contact us with the statement date, amount and last four card digits only. If you suspect fraud, contact your bank immediately. Never send a full card number.
Your bank or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate or fees when the charge currency differs from your account currency. The Pacedall receipt shows the transaction currency; ask your bank about conversion adjustments.
Use the support form and select Refund. Include the Pacedall product, purchase channel, charge date and amount. Refund eligibility depends on the purchase and applicable policy; submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
After Pacedall confirms a website-payment refund, banks can take several business days to display it. Some banks show a reversal by removing the original charge. If it is overdue, ask your bank to trace it using the reference supplied by Pacedall when available.
Some refunds are processed as reversals. In that case, the original card entry can disappear instead of a separate credit appearing. Your bank can confirm how it records the transaction.
Open the Stripe Customer Portal and view billing history. Eligible website purchases allow you to view or download invoices and receipts. Store purchases use Apple or Google purchase history instead.
Open the Stripe portal to check whether billing and tax details can be updated. Changes may apply only to future documents. Contact us if a required option is unavailable.
Check spam and the email address used at checkout, then look in the Stripe portal billing history. If it is still missing, contact us with the product, date and amount.
Stripe uses a one-time code to confirm access to its hosted billing portal. Enter it only on a genuine billing.stripe.com page you opened yourself. Pacedall will never ask you to send the code to us.
You may send the purchase date, approximate amount, product name and last four card digits. Never send a full card number, CVV or CVC, PIN, password, bank login or one-time code.
Pacedall uses Stripe to process eligible website payments and provide secure hosted billing tools. Sensitive billing actions take place on Stripe’s systems rather than in this support website.
Manage it through your Apple ID subscriptions. Open Settings on your Apple device, select your name, then Subscriptions. Apple controls cancellation and refund handling for App Store purchases.
Manage it in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions. Google controls cancellation and refund handling for Play Store purchases.
Pacedall cannot directly refund or change a store-billed purchase. Request help through Apple’s Report a Problem service or Google Play support using the account that made the purchase.
Try a shorter search, clear the filters, or contact our billing team.
